Who We Are

Lo-Fi Farm is a small-scale organic farm and home to Ashley & Jason Dahlke where they raise goats, pigs, chickens, geese, and grow a variety of organic produce. Their mission is to provide hyper local ingredients for the bakery while offering an intimate event space in nature for supper clubs, artisan workshops, yoga retreats, and much more.
