Lo-Fi Coffee House & Studio was established in early 2023 by Ashley Dahlke after years of working in Austin’s restaurant scene and local farmer’s markets. Lo-Fi offers the highest quality French style pastries baked daily, and locally roasted coffee while supporting our very own artist and creative community.
